The new City Manager should embrace a big picture perspective while maintaining a grasp of the details. A candidate who is energetic, focused and flexible will be valued for the position. Candidates should possess a broad range of experience in local government, and have demonstrated the ability to lead a complex organization. A Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is highly desirable. The salary for the City Manager is open and is dependent upon qualifications. The City also offers an attractive benefits package. |
