The City of La Habra Heights is seeking a highly motivated administrative professional to provide analysis, budgeting oversight and administrative support for the City’s Fire Department. The Management Analyst reports to the Assistant City Manager and is responsible for research, report writing, formulating staff reports to the City Council, completing regulatory documentation, purchasing oversight and other duties as assigned. The Management Analyst also supports Human Resources with regard to recruitment and hiring Fire Department employees and volunteers.
One (1) or more years of governmental administrative experience, preferably with a City, and completion of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university with major coursework in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s Degree in Public Administration is highly desirable.
