Hours: Full Time 37.5 Hours/Week, Mon-Fri Day Hours, Two evenings per week until 8 PM.

Location:  3010 Grand Ave., Waukegan, IL  60085

Responsible for evaluating and assessing clients.  Plans and implements a treatment plan with clients on assigned caseload.  Conducts individual, group, and family counseling, case management, outreach, education, monitoring, referral, linkage, follow-ups and documentation.  Population served is within the SAMHSA trauma grant.

Required Skills

With an Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in behavioral sciences or related field, three years of experience is required, or With a Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field, one year of experience is required. If a recovering person, they must have two years of demonstrated sobriety.
