Hours: Full Time 37.5 Hours/Week, Mon-Fri Day Hours / Two evenings per week until 8 PM.

Location:  3010 Grand Ave., Waukegan, IL  60085

Provides evaluation, psycho-social education, mentoring and treatment services to clients, assists clients in developing and accomplishing treatment goals in individual and group settings.  Provides consultation and education to community groups and emergency services.  Population served is within the SAMHSA trauma grant program.

Required Skills

Requires a Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field, with two years of experience is required, and if a recovering person, they must have two years of demonstrated sobriety. To perform this job successfully, and individual must be licensed by the State of Illinois as an Physician, Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker (L.S.W.), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.), Licensed Professional Counselor (L.P.C.) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (L.C.P.C.).
