Description:

The position of Assistant Port Attorney requires seasoned, expert legal judgment and transactional litigation skills.

Requirements:

Candidates for the position of Assistant Port Attorney must possess a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and at least ten years of progressively responsible experience in the practice of law.  Candidates must be in members in good standing with the State Bar of California and possess a current, valid Class C driver’s license.
