Hours: Full Time 40 Hours/Week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Directs daily operation of assigned program including provision of staff, equipment and supplies to achieve patient visit, revenue and expense goals.

Recruits, directs and evaluates program employees to provide services at the targeted level. Develops, implements, updates and monitors, protocols, policies and procedures to ensure services meet program/grant objectives and compliance with Federal/State requirements. Provides ongoing program evaluation including participation in Continuous Quality Improvement activities and monitoring of program/grant goals and objectives. Develops implements and monitors data collection systems utilizing programs’ computer systems to track, assess, and evaluate program services. Coordinates and integrates assigned program and/or with other Health Department, Community Health Center Programs and maintains awareness of and professional involvement/collaboration with community resources. Conducts crisis intervention, evaluation, and referral for Primary Care Services patients.

Requires a Master’s Degree in psychology, social work or related field, with two years experience in chemical dependency/behavioral health field, which includes two years of supervisory experience. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), accessibility after hours, ability to work on weekends and holidays, ability to maintain and keep records.
