About the Job:
In the Office of the County Clerk, under the general supervision of the Department Manager, Computer Programmer Analysts are responsible for writing and de-bugging programs; analyzing programs in regard to requirements and program logic; performing documentation; developing and implementing procedures for computer system integrity and data security; designing detailed flow charts and coding programs for Judicial Systems, Vital Records Systems, Election Management Systems, or other systems related to work as required.
                                    
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university with a major in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or a closely related field; ---------AND ------------ At least three (3) years of full-time paid experience in the development of technical systems, including determining technical requirements; testing, modification, security, system implementation, user training and post implementation support.
