 Park, Recreation and Forestry Department

West Bend, WI (pop. 31,227) is seeking a skilled professional for the position of Conservation Supervisor in the Park, Recreation and Forestry Department.

This position will be responsible for the coordination of volunteers for natural resource management and education in all City parks and trails, with emphasis on Lac Lawrann Conservancy (LLC) operations, including programs that preserve and promote LLC.

The Conservation Supervisor reports to the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Director.

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Environmental Studies, Natural Sciences or related field required; three years experience operating a volunteer program or natural sciences facility required or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities; supervisory experience highly desirable; must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, CPR and First Aid Certification or be eligible to obtain those certifications.
