Senior Human Resources Analyst

Description:

This is advanced professional work developing, implementing & monitoring performance management, workforce development and succession planning programs.

Job duties include developing, implementing and monitoring programs to align the workforce with District priorities in the areas of performance management, workforce development and succession planning; creating and processing personnel actions in Oracle eBusiness Suite including coordinating with Information Technology for mass changes; handling employee relations issues; providing technical guidance to managers and supervisors concerning employee performance, policy interpretation and application, and personnel law; maintaining organizational chart; providing reports, performing analysis and report findings; and performing pay analysis and recommending appropriate salary actions.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, human resource management, or related field and four years of professional progressively responsible human resource experience. A master's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, human resource management or related field can substitute for one year of the required experience. Professional experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
