Job Description

Hours: Part Time 14 Hours/Week

Location: 3010 Grand Avenue, Waukegan, IL 60085

Responsible for evaluating and assessing clients.

Plans and implements a treatment plan with clients on assigned caseload.  Conducts individual, group, and family counseling, case management, outreach, education, monitoring, referral, linkage, follow-ups and documentation.  On call responsibilities for crisis situations.  

With an Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in behavioral sciences or related field, three years of experience is required, or With a Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field, one year of experience is required. If a recovering person, they must have two years of demonstrated sobriety.
