Hours: Full Time 40 Hours/Week, Monday-Friday Day Hours

Lead recruitment for a nationally recognized innovator of Public Health.

The Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center is a nationally recognized (Top 6% Health Department based on Population Served, Services Offered, and Financing) provider of services to the members of our community. The recruiter will be responsible for engaging top talent through collaborations with community and professional organizations, referral networks, advertising, and social media.

The successful candidate will be a natural communicator to all levels of applicants, a recruiting subject matter expert able to consult with hiring managers, technically savvy with applicant tracking software, online advertising, and social media, and driven to continually improve the hiring and onboarding process through market intelligence and data analysis.

Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field and three years of directly related human resources experience in recruitment and selection. Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques in a healthcare setting preferred. Previous experience with an applicant tracking software preferred.
