This position will be responsible for full P&L execution of a portfolio of Federal Financial programs totaling approximately $150M in annual revenues with a total new business pipeline of $1.2B, and is a strategic focus for CSC
Leads account teams to ensure that account objectives are met. Reviews overall account performance with regards to service level agreements, metrics and measurements, and business trends.
Leads the access points through which clients interface with the organization. Leads deployment of multiple resources to support the client from company business units.
Leads and provides technical direction for service delivery projects within one or more larger, more complex external accounts. Facilitates integration of business solutions to ensure that client needs are met.
Leads change within the account and builds a culture within the account team that is open to industry changes to enhance account team performance.
Ensures that technical, contractual, administrative and financial policies, procedures and goals are met to ensure adherence to agreed upon client and company requirements.
Coordinates with other account managers to leverage resources and solutions to reduce costs and meet service level agreements across accounts.
Interfaces with work teams to ensure client and account budgetary and financial priorities and procedures are handled appropriately.
Interfaces directly with clients on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction with the solutions, develop stronger on-going relationships, build new and broader relationships and identify additional opportunities for company solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred
Fourteen or more years of experience in project/account management
Experience working with company business practices, policies, and procedures
Experience working with company products and service offerings
Experience working with industry changes and incorporating same into account services
Skilled in financial management
Strong communication skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel
