Two (2) years of full-time advanced journey level experience as a Family Services Representative III.
Experience: Three (3) years of full-time journey level experience as a Family Services Representative II.
Experience: Three (3) years of full-time journey level experience spent determining eligibility for public assistance, preferably in an automated environment.
Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible work experience performing a variety of employment and training services for a community organization, or public agency, preferably including experience in a lead or supervisory position.
Experience: One (1) year of experience comparable to that of an Employment and Training Worker III with Merced County.
Education: Completion of 15 semester or 22 quarter college units in career planning, vocational guidance, principles of personality development, occupational testing and measurement, and counseling preparation. (Six (6) months of additional work experience, as described above, may be substituted for the required education.)
