To perform this job successfully, an individual must have good knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment. They must be able to operate powered scrubbers and sweepers. This candidate must be able to communicate written and verbally to customers, clients and other employees in the organization and be able to read, write and comprehend simple instructions.
This position requires one year of experience in custodial work or any other responsible work experience demonstrating the desired knowledge, skills and ability of cleaning methods, materials and equipment.
