Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate’s Degree in Training & Safety Business Administration, Engineering, Applied Science or closely related area and five (5) years of responsible experience in training and safety, including direct experience with all safety and training compliance and licensing requirements that are usual and customary in water or wastewater operations, of which two (2) years must have been in a supervisory capacity; OR graduation from high school or General Educational Development (G.E.D.) Tests equivalency and eight (8) years of responsible experience in the field of training and safety, including direct experience with all safety and training compliance and licensing requirements that are usual and customary in water or wastewater operations, of which three (3) years must have been in a supervisory capacity. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, applied Science or a closely related area may be substituted for two (2) years of non-supervisory experience; direct experience with all safety and training compliance and licensing requirements that are usual and customary in water or wastewater operations is required.

SALARY: $45,596 to $60,661 annually. Regular full-time positions are paid bi-weekly and incumbents advance to the maximum pay level after three (3) years.
