Location: 3010 Grand Avenue, Waukegan, IL 60085Hours: Monday-Friday- 8:30am-5:00pm- This position requires Program Coordinator to be on-call 24/7
Coordinates activities of the Crisis Care and Case Management programs.
Provides clinical and administrative supervision and development of program staff, including completion of evaluations
Monitors the program adherence to budgetary guidelines
Assures ongoing compliance with Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center, Joint Commission Accreditation of Health Organization, federal and state standards and regulations.
Provides direction on the scope, types, and evaluation of clinical and administrative programming that is offered utilizing published best practices and empirically proven clinical methodologies in delivery of client care. This includes planning, evaluating, supervision and organizing services. Also provides some direct services.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: A Master’s Degree in psychology, social work or related field is required, with four years experience in the chemical dependency/behavioral health field, which includes two years of supervisory experience.
CERTIFICATIONS: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (L.C.P.C.) OR Licensed Clinical Psychologist (L.C.P.) REQUIRED
