A candidate in this position will be responsible for the daily data entry in the computer database, the day-to-day computer searches, historical searches in ledger books, assisting the general public over the front counter, by telephone and by email and maintains card indees or other files.
The candidate must be able read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; and to effectiviely present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Fluency is English is required and fluency in Spanish is preferred.
Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent
