The City of Palm Coast, Florida (population 66,000) is the fastest growing city in the United States and becoming one of the most desirable cities to live in Florida. Palm Coast was initially developed by ITT as a master planned community and incorporated as a city in 1999. Palm Coast is located adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean and includes an extensive canal system (fresh water and salt water) associated with the Intracoastal Waterway.
