About Kasia Borowicz

Kasia started her career in recruitment in 2012 as a sourcing specialist and quickly discovered this is where her true passion is - sourcing allows her to combine her interest in social media with lots of people contact and allows her to develop her language skills on a daily basis. As an internal Sourcing Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions, Kasia was able to develop an in-depth understanding of the recruitment industry and has now joined the outsourcing part of the business to gain a better insight into the financial industry. Through work, Kasia has also developed an interest in blogging and has set up the first Relocation Guide to Krakow.
