THE IDEAL CANDIDATE The In-Home Supportive Services Program (IHSS) provides domestic and personal care services to Medi-Cal eligible individuals who are 65 and older, blind, or disabled to help them remain living in their own homes and communities. IHSS is an alternative to out of home care. The ideal candidate will be committed to working with the older and dependent adult populations, as well as disabled children and their families.
