Responds to customer concerns and inquiries concerning all aspects of water operations. Maintains division equipment, materials and supplies inventory to include ordering and development of specifications where applicable. Confers with local, state and federal agencies on regulations and requirements for the department; monitors and records water quality for reporting purposes. Interprets updates, maintains utility plans and develops summarization of all work in progress. Responds to emergencies and assists personnel under charge in all facets of tasks performed as needed.
