Production Associates

Adecco Staffing is working with a leading manufacturing company in Devens, MA to bring on experienced Warehouse Associates on a temp-to-hire basis. This company offers a clean work environment, strong training, and long-term growth opportunities.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $20.50/hour

Location: Devens, MA

Job Duties:
Receive, stock, and move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
Pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished products for shipment
Route materials and finished products to designated locations
Process accurate inventory transactions using warehouse systems
Perform routine inventory cycle counts
Maintain inventory accuracy and organization within the warehouse
Follow established warehouse procedures and safety standards
Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
Previous warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
Experience with inventory transactions and cycle counting preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems preferred
Strong attendance and reliability required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
