    Incorporated in 2004, our company seeks to efficiently elevate the experience of valued patrons and guests served by our contractees exclusively within the hospitality, travel, and tourism industries.Divesture Agent – STACLocation: Seattle-Tacoma International AirportReports To: Operations ManagerPosition SummaryThe Divesture Agent supports security checkpoint operations by preparing passengers for screening and ensuring an efficient divesting process. This role focuses on clear passenger communication, adherence to TSA procedures, and maintaining throughput at high-volume checkpoints. The position requires consistent floor presence, attention to detail, and the ability to guide travelers through required screening preparations to minimize delays and re-screening.Key Responsibilities:• Control passenger flow into divesting areas to maintain lane throughput.• Provide standardized TSA divesting instructions based on lane type.• Direct passengers requiring additional assistance without disrupting flow.• Coordinate with TSA and lane staff to adjust passenger pacing in real time.• Monitor and address bottlenecks at divesting tables and X-ray entry points.• Keep awareness across multiple lanes and shift support based on demand.• Manage bin and property flow to prevent congestion and delays.• Deliver clear, audible instructions in a high-noise, high-traffic environment.• Provide direction for specialty items (medical devices, CPAPs, strollers) in accordance with TSA handling procedures.Minimum Qualifications:• Strong communication and customer service skills.• Ability to deliver clear instructions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.• Strong attention to detail and procedural compliance.• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods (8–10 hour shifts).• Ability to work in a dynamic airport security environment.• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain/maintain an Airport Security Badge.Preferred Qualifications:• Prior experience in airport operations, security, or customer service.• Multilingual or ASL proficiency preferred.• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Compensation:Hourly Rate: $21.50VIP Hospitality LLC is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
