Corporate Security officials are in charge of securing the client location and following all designated post orders. Expectations for this position are for the officer to be organized, have a keen eye for detail, hold a high level of integrity, and effectively communicate with their peers and the client as we strive for their success.Responsibilities Greet incoming staff of the site/facilityRespond to inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, clients, vendors, and partnersAid in the resolution of investigations in partnership with on site client, regulatory agencies, and law enforcement as neededProvide vigilant inspections/patrols for any threats, breaches, or possible safety hazards in the surrounding areaInterface with a variety of security systems including access control devices, intrusion detection and alarms, and CCTVDaily and weekly report writing and updates for proactive communication on condition of the siteProvide legible, grammar appropriate reports based on all events within the facilityQualifications High School Diploma or GED (Additional Education is beneficial)5+ years of Professional Security ExperienceMust have a valid, non-expired BSIS guard cardMust own a Black Suit + Tie (Clean, and Tailored), & Black Work Shoes (Shineable)CPR First Aid training and certification RequiredExperience in Customer Service/ Client EngagementMust be 18 years of age or olderHave a reliable means of communication (i.e. phone) and transportationHave the ability to commute, or travel up to 20+ milesMust have the legal right to work in the United StatesMust have the ability to speak, read, and write English (additional languages are beneficial)Must be willing to participate in the Treston Security Services pre-employment screening process, and background investigationAbility to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagrammatic formBe an effective team member and courteous mannersAbility to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstancesAbility to adapt to changes in the external environment and organizationAbility to write routine correspondence, including logs and reportsGood organizational skillsTreston Security Services833-873-7866 OfficeCA PPO: #120183 | NV PILB: #4122 | TX TOPS: #C23021901#J-18808-Ljbffr
