Parsons is looking for an experienced DOD Reward Program Project Lead to lead the enterprise integration of the Department of Defense Rewards Program across a Geographic Combatant Command Area of Responsibility.ResponsibilitiesPartner with United States Embassies, Country Teams, and Host Nation counterparts to synchronize Rewards Program execution, aligning activities with Combatant Command authorities, regional security priorities, and diplomatic equities.Identify operational risks, emerging threats, and strategic opportunities across the theater, incorporating historic, current, and evolving threat assessments into program design and targeting frameworks.Oversee DoWRP management and execution in compliance with Department of Defense, Joint, and Army doctrine, policies, and regulatory guidance.Integrate targeting tactics, techniques, and procedures within established Geographic Combatant Command staffing processes, coordinating across intelligence, operations, psychological operations, and interagency stakeholders.Produce and oversee all‑source operational intelligence analysis, delivering individually sourced unclassified and classified products in accordance with classification handling procedures.Operate across tactical, operational, and strategic environments with minimal supervision, synchronizing efforts within Combatant Command structures and joint and combined command relationships.Advise senior leaders on policy implications, force structure considerations, command relationships, and command and control procedures to enhance program effectiveness and theater‑wide integration.Conduct high‑level briefings to senior leaders, multinational partners, and interagency audiences, translating intelligence and targeting analysis into executable operational guidance while strengthening interoperability through disciplined communication, structured governance, and collaborative execution frameworks.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, and 13+ years experience.
