    Imaging Scheduler Specialist - Rad MainLocation: US-IL-UrbanaID: 2026-19622OverviewThe Imaging Scheduling Specialist I is responsible for screening, scheduling, and directing patients to appropriate locations and services within the Imaging Department.ResponsibilitiesReceive all incoming phone calls and facilitate the scheduling of imaging procedures.Provide patients with division specific patient education materials to ensure they are prepared for scheduled tests/procedures.Conduct financial discussions with patients and/or provider's office regarding fees for imaging procedures according to ABN and pre-authorization guidelines.Maintain the department patient schedule, ensure blocks are full, and reschedule cancelled appointments.QualificationsCertifications: High school diploma and medical terminology preferred.Salary RangeThe compensation range for this position is $18.19 per hour - $29.47 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
