This role works closely with customers, field sites, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. This position is located in Fairfax, VA.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project schedules, timelines, and system deployment tracking.Track and maintain team and project action items.Facilitate and monitor project purchasing, documentation, and research activities.Coordinate and communicate project plans and updates with customers, field sites, and internal team members.Initiate and follow up on field communications to ensure timely coordination.Develop and deliver project briefings for stakeholders.Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.Leverage experience and relationships across the customer organization, internal groups, and external partners.Create, update, and maintain project documentation, including PMF deliverables.Coordinate with customer security organizations to support project certification and accreditation requirements.Manage resource and office access requirements in support of project needs.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 11 years of relevant professional experience.Education: Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be substituted.Technical/Professional Training: Additional technical or specialty training and certifications are a plus.Weapons Certification: Not required.Professional License or Certification: Not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
