    Junior All Source Analyst
    TS/SCI
    JBLE, VA
    480 ISRW Applicants will liaison with Headquarters ACC and ISR aircraft components to schedule
    allotted manned and unmanned airborne platform and sensor missions; Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) components to determine operational availability, programmed and unprogrammed system outages; and DoD / Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders to verify ISR collection and production requirement satisfaction. Previous experience using COMPASS, CHAOS or another ISR mission scheduler software and rapidly developing mission change orders, performing quality control and measuring ISR effectiveness metrics is highly desired. In addition, previous ISR mission management or production experience at multiple AF DCGS locations is highly desired. Applicants will ensure initial mission allocations and change orders comply with AF DCGS tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs), applicable AF and IC directives; and crewmember training and certification. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills (oral and written); JBLE-248 Required Qualifications • Experience briefing senior ISR officers and civilians; demonstrated problem-solving • Experience; and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team to resolve ISR platform and AF DCGS component scheduling matters in a fast-paced operations environment. Applicants will possess: • Associates' degree and a three (3) years of AF DCGS experience OR five (5) years of AF DCGS experience planning, exploiting and/or analyzing multi- ISR platform missions. • Completion certificate from a commercial, military or US government specialized intelligence career field (i.e., Geospatial or Signals Intelligence). • Familiarity with multiple manned and unmanned ISR platform and sensor operating parameters, AF DCGS TTPs, and applicable DoD and IC directives. • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications but specifically MS EXCEL, One Note, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • TS/SCI access eligibility on employment start date is required. Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess,
    interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. • Demonstrates working knowledge of the concepts involved in the specific functions outlined in the specified labor category description. • Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines and procedures. • Demonstrates ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction. • Demonstrates ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information. • Demonstrates understanding of interpreting analysis to include, but not limited to, its meaning, importance, and implications. • Demonstrates ability to defend analytic judgements with sound, logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected developments. • Demonstrates ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic / soft copy matrices and / or web-enabled formats. • Demonstrates ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally, with strong grammar skills. • Demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Office tools. • Demonstrates ability to develop structured research including, but not limited to, obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols. • Demonstrates ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information. • Demonstrates working knowledge using complex analytic methodologies, such as structured analytic techniques or alternative approaches, to examine biases, assumptions, and theories to eliminate uncertainty, strengthen analytic arguments, and mitigate surprise. ◦ Structured analytic techniques include, but not limited to, Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil's Advocacy, High-Impact / Low-Impact Analysis, Red Team Analysis and Alternative Futures Analysis. • Demonstrates understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, to include but not limited to, technical sensors / platforms and human intelligence sources related to the labor category. • Demonstrates understanding of evaluating collected intelligence reporting, engaging with collection managers, and developing collection requirements. Required Experience: • Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Required Education: • Associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 2 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 5 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for an associate's degree.
