Health, Safety & Fire Specialist – South RegionLocationBristol / Reading / South of the M4Remote with regional travelPackage£45,000 – £55,000 DOE£6,000 car allowance or company carFuel card / mileage expenses8% employer pension contributionRemote and on site workingOngoing training & development supportThe CompanyA leading UK property business with a large multi-site portfolio across commercial and mixed-use environments is continuing to invest in the growth of its internal Health, Safety & Fire function, building stronger in-house capability across the UK.The RoleReporting into the Group Head of Health & Safety, you will support a portfolio of sites across the South region, working closely with Facilities and Centre Management teams to provide practical Health, Safety & Fire guidance.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake Health & Safety and Fire Risk AssessmentsReview external assessments and provide recommendationsSupport site teams with day-to-day H&S and Fire guidanceDeliver pragmatic and commercially focused solutionsSupport auditing and continuous improvement initiativesBuild strong relationships across regional sitesAbout YouExperience within Health & Safety and Fire Safety rolesComfortable managing a regional multi-site portfolioStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCommercially aware, pragmatic and solutions focusedExperience undertaking and reviewing Fire Risk Assessments and Health & Safety auditsStrong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety and Fire Safety legislationProven experience within FM, property or built environment environmentsAbility to work autonomously and manage workload effectivelyFull UK driving licenceQualifications & ExperienceNEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, with evidence of continued professional development (CPD)NEBOSH or NCRQ Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety desirableNEBOSH Fire Safety / Fire Risk Management or Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification desirableIOSH membership preferred (CertIOSH minimum or working towards CMIOSH)#J-18808-Ljbffr
