Our services include secure software development in classified environments and the design and implementation of advanced IT and cybersecurity capabilities ranging from secure cloud architectures and enterprise infrastructure to data center operations, scientific analysis, cutting-edge cyber defense, and intelligence analysis. We are led by technologists and veterans with firsthand mission experience and do work on the nation's most critical projects.SummarySupport the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Fusion Center (OFC), and the International Organized Crime Intelligence and Operations Center (IOC‑2). This is a pipeline position.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide specialized intelligence and threat analysis and production support.Access and research designated automated intelligence databases, download identified information, and edit it into the required format.Deliver tailored intelligence and threat analysis to meet customer requirements.Develop documents, summaries, reports, and presentations.Communicate findings through briefings or discussions with customers.Present briefings to government and other contract support key personnel.Produce research reports and manage related documentation.Required Qualifications, Education, and ExperienceActive SECRET clearance.Three (3) years of general analysis experience with a federal, state, or local government agency, law enforcement agency, or private industry.One year of experience writing intelligence reports and compiling data from various sources.Proficiency in general Microsoft Word processing software.The Successful Candidate Will PossessStrong risk‑management skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and conflict‑management skills.Adept at prioritizing needs, requirements, and issues.Effective communication and interaction at all staff and management levels.Independent judgment, relationship building, and consensus development among stakeholders.Critical thinking, strong technical, diagnostic, and problem‑solving ability.Solid written and verbal communication skills for negotiation, project direction, and knowledge delivery through clear designs and technical documentation.Self‑starter, flexible, adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to champion continuous improvement.Network development across an enterprise for technology awareness and problem resolution.Comfortable working across traditional technical boundaries in compute and storage operational capacities.Technically curious and driven to learn new skills.General FactorsWork during compressed schedules; overtime may be required.Willingness to travel if needed.No relocation needed.Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.Must manage multiple priorities with limited notice.Pay Range72,000–80,000USD per year (Fairfax, VA – OFC/IOC‑2)Equal Employment Opportunity StatementBridge Defense is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affidavit Action employer.
