    Prescient Edge is seeking a SOF HUMINT SME to support a federal government client.ResponsibilitiesAs a SOF HUMINT SME, you will:- The HUMINT SME shall reside within the MRSG T-Cell and must have a clear understanding of the MARFORSOC organization, structure, and mission to perform management and coordination functions across all aspects of counterintelligence/HUMINT.- Participate in required meetings.- Advise, assist, and coordinate CI/HUMINT script writing.- Interview, and manage uniformed and contracted HUMINT role players for TRX I and TRX II training utilizing government provided criteria.- Be adequately prepared for all training event(s) including being on time and with appropriate equipment.- Coordinate with MRSG T-Cell personnel to capture input for and preparation of written After Action Reports (AAR), evaluations or other required documents as requested by the MRSG.- Supports the exercise Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) process and implementation of Operations and Intelligence Fusion for HUMINT operations.- Develops and implements exercise storylines and vignettes and all exercise master storyline events providing dynamic, on-call scripting during the exercise to ensure all training goals are met for HUMINT operations.- The contractor shall drive a government vehicle to transport personnel and equipment to training as needed.At Prescient Edge, we believe that acting with integrity and serving our employees is the key to everyone's success.
