The HUMINT Policy Staff Officer III will work as a contractor to support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security Sensitive Activities & Special Programs (SASP).ResponsibilitiesExpertly Liaise with Defense HUMIT Executors (DHE) and DoW Components executing human intelligence collection and Military Source Operations to collect information, prepare reports, prepare briefings, and provide compliance assessments.Support the planning and execution of Staff Assistance Visits (SAV} to DHEs by coordinating schedules, providing read-ahead materials/checklists, and confirming all SA V detail with DHEs.Prepare briefings, talking points and recommended positions for meetings with little to no oversight and minimal corrections needed.Expertly prepare staff packages for DoW leadership lo respond to Congress for all HUM INT-related Questionable Intelligence Activities and/or Significant/Highly Sensitive Matters.Provide expert recommendations and prepare staff packages to support updates to DoW-level policies, the DoW Senior Defense Officer/Defense Attache (SDO/DA TI} program, and DoW interrogation activities.QualificationsMust be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.Bachelor's Degree.Minimum of 10 years of experience with policy development or policy analysis work within the Department of War.
