    Torch Technologies is seeking a mid‑grade subject matter expert to serve as a Missile Warning Analyst at the Missile Warning Center (MWC) supporting the Integrated Tactical Warning & Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) mission.Responsibilities Support functional management of the ITW/AA Command & Control (C2) system, overseeing all ITW/AA systems from sensors to correlation centers to forward users.Respond to USSPACECOM GO/FO level requests for information (RFIs) involving ITW/AA sensor and C2 anomalies.Assist MWC in ITW/AA system troubleshooting and follow‑up beyond the scope of current operations.Lead multiple organizations in developing solutions for C2 structure test/implementation and interface with the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and respective System Program Offices.Serve as primary or alternate analyst in support of Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups (B2C2WG), including the Strategic Assessment Working Group and Commander's Assessment Board.Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship.10+ years' experience in the MW mission area, familiarity with ITW/AA, TES, and SEW architecture.Active TS/SCI clearance.Experience within the MWC; ability to train and certify current watch standers.Knowledge of ITW/AA systems, processes, conferencing, and CJCSI requirements.Knowledge of sensors, correlation centers, data lines, forward users, capabilities, functions, and operational practices.Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain good working relationships.Ground‑Based MW radar operations, SBIRS, MGS, or MWC Ops Floor experience and in‑depth understanding of ITW/AA, TES, and SEW architecture, communications, and reporting.Preferred Qualifications Experience at operational/theater‑level HQs (e.g., Combatant Command, Joint/Combined Task Force, Component).Familiarity with Space Situational Awareness Missions.Leading Operational Planning Teams (OPTs).Former Director or senior watch stander at the MWC.Position Details Job Type: Regular Full‑time.Work Location: Colorado Springs, CO.Travel: 5–10%.Relocation Assistance: No.Salary Range: $115,000–$130,000.Benefits ESOP participation.401(k) match and safe‑harbor contribution.Medical, dental, vision, life insurance.Short‑term and long‑term disability.Flexible spending accounts, Health Savings Accounts, and Health Reimbursement Accounts.EAP and education assistance.Paid time off and holidays.Equal Opportunity Employer Torch Technologies, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
