The MIH Dispatcher coordinates and dispatches the MIH team across all service lines, ensuring timely, clinically appropriate responses aligned with Mercy Flights' operational standards, medical direction, and CAMTS guidelines. This role functions as the operational hub for Mobile Integrated Healthcare services - managing triage support, response assignments, live tracking, real-time communication, and documentation. The position requires sound judgment, strong situational awareness, and strict adherence to established clinical protocols. What You'll Do. Clinical & Triage Support. Receive referrals from approved access points including 911 diversion, emergency departments, care teams, payer partners, and direct outreach. Determine eligibility for in-home emergency care or mobile crisis response. Route patients to the appropriate level of care based on clinical need - not operational convenience.
