Potential locations include: Clinton IA, Columbus NE, or Marshall MN.Position SummaryAs a key member of the Operational Technology (OT) team, you will be responsible for advancing the capabilities and performance of our cyber security platforms within the ADM OT/Process Automation (PA) environment.You will work closely with OT engineers and PA engineers, and partner with key business segments, Global Technology (GT, which is ADM's IT dept.), and your global OT peers to provide enhanced plant support and high-quality project delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage Endpoint Protection in the iDMZ and process security zonesManage and reduce vulnerabilities within the iDMZ and process security zonesImplement and manage effective and secure policiesImplement and support ACL deployments on process firewallsReview and verify the security on implementations of new systemsVerify roles based access controls within the iDMZ and processKeep up-to-date documentation of security standards and policiesManage and enforce the standards regarding the iDMZ and process security zonesCarry out continuous personal development, ensuring technical skills are kept up to date and non-technical skills are gained and improvedProvide boots on the ground support for ADM plants -emergency and break fix, planned installations, limited personal computer/end user support, etc.Some travel and on-call work are expected as part of this positionRequired SkillsAbility to manage the maintenance and upgrades of anti-virus software in an enterprise levelExperience in creating and managing security policies within anti-virus software deployments.Highly motivated, self-starterComfortable working with cross-functional global teamsStrong documentation and organizational skillsMust have the ability to skillfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and succeed in an environment of competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment; willingness to learn new skills and take direction from other team members; and ability to organize information and manage time efficientlyExperience in supporting plant operations and 24/7 operating requirementsRequired QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical disciplineExperience supporting enterprise-level technology operations and services, including experience with vulnerability management and remediationAbility to travel or work on-call as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience with cyber security procedures in a manufacturing environmentBachelors degree (or higher) in a technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, etc.Active Directory experienceTechnical experience with Process Automation systems, including Rockwell, Emerson DeltaV or Valmet (Novatech) D/3, would be considered an asset for the positionADM requires the successful completion of a background check.#J-18808-Ljbffr
