    SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Target Engagement SME with strong experience in support of USSOCOM.This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLCResponsibilitiesThe Target Engagement SME's Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assists the SGM and Deputy for Target Engagement Systems as the TES SME working in collaboration with government partners, academic laboratories, and private industry - to develop new tools and technology in support of the SOF Individual and Crew Served Weapons and Small Arms Ammunition community.Assists in the preparation and development of new requirements documentation to include Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), SPECAT messages, Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP), Test Plans, and update Project Folders.Required QualificationsQualifications include a background in weapons and small arms ammunition development, testing requirements, fielding, industry Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers' Institute specifications, (particularly SOF) with a knowledge of weapons and small arms ammunition employment techniques, tactics, & procedures.Bachelor or Masters DegreeMinimum of 12 Years of ExperienceStrong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsN/ASecurity Clearance RequirementsActive Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibilityPhysical RequirementsN/AThe above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
