Support/interface with the customer via phone, VTC, email, chat, and applicable online presence, such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and SpySpace.Responsibilities:Respond to system issues and perform first level corrective maintenanceRespond to complicated user questionsProvides advice, guidance, and direction to other technical help desk technicians with complicated user questions or requestsProvide first line communications to the customer team to ensure appropriate operational awareness is available in a timely and concise mannerCreate additional SOPs as needed to perform corrective maintenanceQualification:Required:Ten (10) years of demonstrated hands-on experience with Intelligence Community (IC) tools and capabilities.High school diplomaUnderstanding of product workflows in an operational setting.Desired:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is highly desired.Operational experience as an analyst preferred.What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
