Role Overview Responsible for managing all operational functions and activities at the designated Army Aviation site. The manager directs the accomplishment of site‑specific program goals and monitors and reports their achievement. They manage the operating budget, manpower, resources, and facilities in alignment with contract responsibilities and ensure compliance with all government and corporate standards. They communicate new requirements, concerns, and issues to the PMO, ensure the welfare of personnel, and enhance the contract by balancing resources of manpower, equipment, time, materials, and money.
