    A&M Technologies, Inc. has an opening for a Senior Network Tool Engineer to support the Intelligence Sector.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintainCisco Network Services Orchestrator (NSO) solutions and associated network infrastructure components, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolvecomplex network and service deployment issues, leveraging NSO logs and monitoring tools to perform root cause analysis.IntegrateNSO with various network devices, external systems, and APIs using protocols like NETCONF, RESTCONF, and JSON-RPC.Develop and maintainautomation scripts using Python, Java, or other relevant languages to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Perform regular system maintenance, including software upgrades (NED upgrades), patching, security auditing, and configuration backups for network devices.Collaboratewith network architects, software developers, and operations teams to define requirements and ensure seamless integration of new solutions.Create and maintaincomprehensive technical documentation related to installations, configurations, and network processes.RequirementsTS SCI CI PolyCandidate must have 16 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 8 years, master's and 10 years, bachelor's and 12 years, associates and 14 years or HS diploma and 16 years. Required qualifications include the following:Must be compliant with DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.).Strong working knowledge and experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining software in a Linux (RHEL) environment.Intermediate scripting skills are required (Ex. Python).Effective analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.Solid technical communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.DesiredProven experience in network administration or engineering, with hands-on experience in configuring Cisco and/or Juniper routers and switches.Familiarity with YANG data modeling language.Experience with network automation and orchestration tools, specifically Cisco Network Services Orchestrator (NSO).#J-18808-Ljbffr
