    Nationally Registered Paramedic – Fairbanks, AKDESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver instructor-led medical training in classroom, field, and simulated environmentsProvide Instructor/Operator (I/O) support for all MSTC training events and coursesExecute training in both individual and collective training environments, including battlefield simulation conditionsSupport training for Active Duty, Army Reserve, National Guard, and Department of Army CiviliansConduct student evaluations, performance assessments, and testing supportEnsure compliance with medical certification standards and training requirementsSupport development, validation, and execution of Programs of Instruction (POIs)Develop, modify, and execute realistic medical training scenariosIntegrate battlefield conditions, casualty effects, and scenario injects into training eventsSupport planning, coordination, and execution of military training exercisesProvide support to unit-led training conducted within MSTC facilitiesConfigure and execute simulation environments during training eventsPerform operator-level maintenance (PMCS) on all medical TADSS and training devicesTroubleshoot simulation systems and resolve operational issuesCoordinate with maintenance contractors for higher-level repairs and equipment issuesMaintain accountability and readiness of all training devices, simulators, and equipmentPrepare, manage, and maintain training materials, instructional aids, and suppliesManage moulage kits, medical consumables, and simulation support materialsConduct After Action Reviews (AARs) and provide performance feedback to students and unitsCapture lessons learned and support continuous training improvementSupport training-related administrative functions, including documentation and reportingMaintain training records, attendance tracking, and performance dataCoordinate training schedules and activities with MSTC staff and supported unitsSupport test events, validation activities, and certification requirementsSupport Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) sustainment and other designated coursesEnsure readiness to support simultaneous and surge training operationsParticipate in training coordination meetings and daily synchronization activitiesComply with safety, risk management, and hazard reporting requirementsHandle and manage hazardous materials (HAZMAT) in accordance with regulationsComply with all security requirements, including access control and identification proceduresComplete required cybersecurity, AT Level I, OPSEC, TARP, and other mandatory trainingSupport Force Protection Condition (FPCON) requirements and operational changesComply with all applicable Army regulations, policies, and directivesOther duties as assigned by Supervisor.REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONHigh School DiplomaBasic Life Support (BLS) CertificationMust be current in and maintain National Registry of Paramedic certificationREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMust meet one of the following requirements:Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) Advanced Leader Course (ALC) graduateFormer Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman E-6 or aboveFormer Air Force 4NOX1, or Aerospace Medical Service E-6 or aboveCurrently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA) or PhysicianDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEAdvanced Life Support (ALS) Instructor certification desiredBasic Life Support Instructor CertifiedREQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCEU.
