    Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior ATGPAC Training Requirements and Policy Analyst to join our team at San Diego NB, CA.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled: Sigma Defense Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.Must have 20 years of surface navy experience as a Naval Officer including shipboard operational experience managing and conducting afloat training and managing ships routine at a senior level. For example: Commanding Officer, Task Group/Squadron Staff position, CSG/ESG Warfare Commander Senior Staff.Must be a qualified Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) and Tactical Action Officer (TAO).Must have 5 years of experience at a major staff or training command planning, tracking, monitoring, and conducting data analysis of surface ship training and certification.Must have experience creating and presenting Flag Level briefs.Must have experience in the Surface Warfare Enterprise (SWE) surface navy requirements development and resourcing process as it pertains to surface ship training.Knowledge of the POM process is preferred.CO experience is preferred.Must be a U.S. citizen.Must have knowledge of: The Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM).The Fleet Training Requirements Management Process.The POM processes, supporting Surface Warfare Training Strategy, Fleet Training Wholeness Strategy, and governance.The USFF Live Virtual Constructive Initiatives.Shipboard synthetic training system capabilities as they relate to the support of the tactical training continuum.The Ready Relevant Learning Initiative and associated processes.Naval “Unit-Level Training” at a senior military or Department of Defense civilian level.Personnel Clearance Level: Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 annually.Dental and Vision InsuranceMedical Insurance to Include HSA, FSA, and DFSA PlansLife and AD&D coverageEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) Plan with Company Matching Contributions160 Hours of Paid Time Off (PTO)12 (Floating) HolidaysEducational AssistanceHighly Competitive Salary#J-18808-Ljbffr
