You design the production layout, structure the crews, set the pace, and eliminate bottlenecks before they cost us hours. You report to the Business Unit Leader and work alongside a tight-knit field team.WHAT YOU'LL OWNProduction system design — zoning, crew deployment, material flow, equipment placementJobsite setup 2–3 days before crews ramp — you build the system they work insideDay 1–5 execution: setting expectations, pace, and standards that carry the whole jobDaily and weekly production targets — and holding foremen accountable to hitting themSafety enforcement, field reporting, schedule management, and client communicationMentoring and developing foremen and tradesmen under your leadershipCoordinating with the PM on material deliveries, equipment, and procurement timingChange order identification in the field — you spot scope changes and communicate them to the PM II before extra work beginsPunch list ownership — you drive the project to full completion, not just substantial completionContinuous improvement — identifying jobsite inefficiencies and bringing solutions, not just problemsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of verifiable field experience in process or utility piping constructionProven track record running multi-crew jobs from setup through completionStrong working knowledge of pipe systems, welding, fitting, and field safetyExperience with Procore or similar project management softwareDOT certified and able to travel to project sites as neededStrong technical knowledge of process systems, FDA, USDA, 3-A sanitary welding, and industrial installations a plusProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsOSHA 30 certification preferredTravel required – projects are coast to coast and vary in durationFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on project needsValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredMust successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkWHAT ARMI OFFERSPay That Reflects Every Hour You WorkBase hourly pay + automatic time and a half over 40 hours + time and a half every Saturday + double time every Sunday. Work a holiday? You receive your full 8-hour holiday pay plus double time for every hour on the job.
