Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring the safety and protection of the guests, team members, and their vehicles in our garage and our team member lot.Provide security and protection for garage and our team member lot.Handle unruly guests and criminals in combative situations (Garage / Team Member Lot).Write required reports regarding all incidents that occur.Communicate via two‑way radio and telephone.Direct foot and vehicular traffic.Assist paramedics as needed.Operate mobile unit, patrol property and assist guests with vehicle problems.Respond to alarms and communicate with Detroit Police.Other job related duties as assigned.RequirementsUnderstand and comply with all Company and Departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.Skill in establishing and maintaining working relationships with team members and guests.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Ability to read, write and communicate in English.Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
