We have an opening for a Service Operations Specialist to provide operational and administrative support for maintenance program activities. This position supports the coordination, tracking, and reporting needed to enable maintenance work execution and assessment readiness. The selected candidate will collect and analyze operational data, coordinate with deployed teams and vendors, track procurements and material lead times, and assist with the logistics and documentation associated with audits and assessments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple functional areas. The position supports established service operations processes and contributes to improved schedule visibility, reporting accuracy, and maintenance readiness.
