Join our growing team supporting customer missions as a GEOINT Analyst in Augusta, GA.ResponsibilitiesResearch, produce, and deliver written reports and multimedia briefings to senior decision-makersSupport special projects and integration efforts across Army and defense intelligence enterprisesCoordinate cross-community meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagementsManage personnel, requirements, and project workflowsApply enterprise data integration, governance, metrics, metadata management, and data modeling to GEOINT productionSynthesize large volumes of information into clear, decision-ready intelligence productsSupport the full intelligence cycle: collection, fusion, analysis, production, and disseminationQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Active TS/SCI clearanceEducation + Experience (one of the following):BA/BS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field + 8 years intelligence analysis experience, including 6 years current GEOINT analysis, ORHS diploma/GED + specialized training + 10 years intelligence analysis experience, including 8 years current GEOINT analysisTechnical SkillsExpert knowledge of Army structure and defense-level intelligence operations (collection, fusion, analysis, production, dissemination)Experience with enterprise data integration, governance, metrics, metadata management, and data modeling/designExpert ability to research, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reportsExtensive experience supporting senior stakeholder decision-making with written products and briefingsStrong tradecraft and publication experienceCollaborationExpert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and project coordinationExcellent written and oral communication, research, and analytic skillsAbility to coordinate cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reportsDesired Qualifications:Prior experience supporting Army intelligence or NSG/IC enterprise programsExperience leading integration efforts across multiple intelligence disciplines or stakeholder groupsFamiliarity with GEOINT databases, production systems, and dissemination platformsTrack record briefing flag/GO/SES-level audiencesPMP or equivalent project management credentialWhat you can expect from usBCore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
