    Senior Functional AnalystFull Time Professional. Arlington, VA, US.Job OverviewSenior Functional Analyst to support the US Navy client, the Director of Acquisition Talent Management (DATM). The role is on-site at the Pentagon, VA supporting NAVY Top Brass/Executive level leadership.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate nomination and selection processes for several nominative programs, training, and awards with DATM staff and SYSCOMs.Monitor DON compliance with established nominative program policies and implement corrective actions.Analyze current and future needs for AWF rotations, training, and awards programs.Attend meetings and provide minutes for government approval.Initiate, develop, draft, and submit DON instructions for various nominative programs for government approval.Plan and coordinate awards ceremonies.Coordinate guest speakers for nominative training opportunities and events.Coordinate nominative program participants as guest speakers at other AWF events.Proofread and edit highly technical documents to ensure proper format, grammar, and style.Provide excellent communication, customer service, and telephone skills, working with others at all levels.Utilize strong problem‑solving and strategic planning skills.Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy, including proofreading, grammar, and analytical tasks.Handle sensitive and confidential information.Support Action Officers in reviewing documents, preparing reports, briefs, spreadsheets, and nomination forms.QualificationsMinimum of 8 years' experience working with the acquisition workforce.Strong analytical and administrative skills; able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; ability to produce documents and other published works.Minimum BA/BS from accredited university.Active Interim Secret DoD clearance (final Secret preferred).Experience/knowledge of Dept of the Navy's Acquisition Workforce is a plus.Experience with MS Publisher beneficial.BenefitsStrategic Insight, Ltd. offers robust benefits, including healthcare, 401K, and merit bonuses.EEO StatementStrategic Insight, Ltd. is an equal‑opportunity employer and complies with all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination.#J-18808-Ljbffr
