This job will lead and perform data analysis, develop and implement strategies, develop forecast models, and drive "best practices" within HR processes.What You'll DoTranslate complex analytics into simple, clear and impactful insights for senior leadersDesign attractive data visualizations with a focus on a polished and professional look and feelDevelop scorecards, drive improvement initiatives, and define and track performance metricsDevelop advanced forecasting models and reporting tools that empower leaders and drive decisions and strategyAccess, transform, integrate and manage large data sets with business intelligence toolsLeverage large data sets to tell visually compelling stories and provide insights and recommendations that help the business make decisionsConceives and develops analytical modelsComplete other related projects, as assignedAll you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceBachelor's degree in relevant field3 years of experience in People Analytics or 5 years of experience in other advanced analytics roleExperience using innovative thinking with a high degree of motivation and problem solving skillsPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceAdvanced degree in relevant field or Master's degree in Business AdministrationSkills, Licenses & CertificationsExcel at presenting compelling thoughts and ideas to senior leadersExpertise in creating attractive visual designsAbility to work well in fast paced environmentAbility to drive results and deliver high quality work on timeAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.Excellent customer service skillsExperience in advanced analyticsAbility to guide a team by creating and fostering collaborationAbility to present thoughts and material both formally and informallyWhat You'll GetFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer:Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
