Job Description Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services, is seeking an Industrial Security Representative Associate to join the security team in Grand Prairie, TX.What You Will Be Doing As a Security Representative Associate, you will perform duties as a Special Programs Data Transfer Agent (DTA) and Special Programs Operations Center (SPOC) Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO). You will be responsible for all Special Access Programs' (SAP) Assured File Transfers (AFT) under your cognizance, coordinating with program management, engineers, and program security to load, download, and transfer data. When not performing AFT, you will assist the SPOC Lead with security aspects including personnel, physical, technical, and classification management, and will complete Program Access Requests (PAR), Pre‑Screening Questionnaires (PSQ), classified meeting support, conference room maintenance, program management support, foreign travel, and security education.This is a full‑time on‑site position with a set work shift requirement. In office working hours are 7 AM CST–5 PM CST, Monday–Thursday. Any deviation requires managerial approval.Basic Qualifications Must have the ability to work 7 AM CST–5 PM CST, Monday–Thursday.Current Top Secret clearance with an investigation date within five years and the ability to obtain SCI clearance upon employment.Knowledge and experience implementing 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, and DoD 5205.07.Self‑driven and results‑oriented with the ability to work multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk‑managed security recommendations, based on limited or conflicting information, and to build relationships within the corporation and with our government customers and industry partners.Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Computer experience with data transfer.Desired Skills Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.Experience working with DoD Special Access Programs.Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.Willingness to accommodate occasional off‑shift hours.Highly organized and detail‑oriented.Security Clearance Top Secret clearance with investigation date within 5 years is required. SCI clearance will be obtained upon employment.
