Position: Joint Force Air Component Command (JFACC) Exercise Operations SMELocation: Bellevue, NERemote Status: On-SiteJob Id: 41323# of Openings: 1Why This Role ExistsThe work we do has real impact, and the people behind it matter just as much.What You Will DoProvide subject matter expertise on Joint doctrine, operational planning processes, and JFACC exercise operations.Support end-to-end operational planning and execution from national-level decision-making through unit-level execution.Advise leadership and operational teams on weapons systems operations, mission planning, force generation, deployment procedures, and employment tactics.Assist in development, coordination, and publication of daily operational orders and related planning products.Coordinate with Joint, strategic, and operational stakeholders to support exercise and mission objectives.Contribute to exercise scenario development, operational synchronization, and after-action assessments.Provide operational insight and recommendations to improve planning effectiveness, execution readiness, and mission integration.Communicate complex operational concepts clearly and authoritatively to senior leaders and mission partners.What We Are Looking ForRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Military Studies, Strategic Studies, International Affairs, or related field preferred; equivalent military operational experience may be substituted.Minimum of 9 years of experience supporting Joint doctrine and planning processes.Demonstrated experience with end-to-end operational processes from national-level decision-making to unit-level execution.Deep understanding of weapons systems operations, including mission planning, force generation, deployment procedures, and employment tactics.Experience developing or publishing daily operational orders (e.g., ATO, EXORD, FRAGORD, or equivalent).Prior experience working at or coordinating with USSTRATCOM JFACC.Strong communication and briefing skills with the ability to speak authoritatively on operational matters.Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high-tempo operational and exercise environments.PreferredExperience supporting Joint exercises, operational planning teams, or Combatant Command activities.Background in Air Operations Center (AOC) processes or JFACC operational planning cycles.Prior military operational experience in air, space, or joint operations environments.Experience collaborating across multi-service and interagency organizations.Clearance and EligibilityActive TS/SCI clearance required.This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).BenefitsCompetitive salary, benefits, 401(k), bonus and profit sharing, flexible hours, education reimbursement, PTO.#J-18808-Ljbffr
