    C4ISR/National Intelligence Acquisition Analyst to provide onsite support based out of the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. Please note: role does not have to be performed entirely at the Pentagon—the candidate could work from the Mark Center and potentially onsite with one of the Agencies, and be present in the Pentagon as needed.ResponsibilitiesThe National Intelligence (NI) Portfolio comprises 49 acquisition programs executed by Defense agencies within the Intelligence Community. It is responsible for developing, operating, and overseeing the nation's space-based ISR systems and architectures that address high-priority intelligence needs. Oversight and Milestone Decision Authority are shared between USD (A&S) and the Deputy Director of National Intelligence (DDNI). The NI Portfolio systems and architectures provide the foundation for global situational awareness and support the nation's most critical intelligence challenges. We seek an experienced C4ISR/National Intelligence Acquisition Analyst to provide expertise in analyzing missions, program goals, and assessments of Intelligence Community systems and architectures. The role involves supporting the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Strategic, Space, and Intelligence Portfolio Management DASD (SSIPM) in the C4ISR Directorate, with a primary focus on Space-related ISR platforms. The candidate will oversee acquisition and review of Intelligence Community Major Systems Acquisitions (MSA), requirements, and statutory documentation, especially related to GEOINT and SIGINT systems and architectures; support OUSD (A&S) and DDNI in their roles as co-chairs of the National Intelligence Acquisition Board (NIAB); and participate in Program Reviews of MSAs, SIAs, and ERDs.QualificationsRequired:Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityMaster's Degree10 years of experience with Intelligence Community systems from operational and programmatic perspectives, with expertise in space systemsKnowledge of Intelligence Community Direction 801 and acquisition program management experienceExperience supporting senior DoD or IC staff and coordinating with Joint Staff, OUSD(I&S), DoD CIO, and OSD CAPEDesired:DAWIA Level II or higher certification(s)Focus on GEOINT: NI Portfolio OverviewSkills: PMO experience (minimum), DoD 5000 Series, ICD 801, familiarity with ICD 503 and software development metricsInteragency experience with NGA, NRO, DIA, NSA, ODNI; experience across multiple agencies preferredHolistic systems and programmatic experience; engineering background is helpfulStrategic oversight and understanding of data flow from collection to mission executionNI Portfolio focus: NGA Maven, Next Gen Radar Ground, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
